Simandou North Iron Project

The Simandou North Iron Project is an exceptional early-stage opportunity that provides Arrow with access to the premium iron belt in West Africa at a time where significant infrastructural improvements are underway.

The Simandou North Iron Project consists of exploration permit 22967 which lies at the northern end of the Simandou Range, forming an extension of the stratigraphy that hosts the combined Simandou project, the largest high-grade iron deposit in the world. The combined Mineral Resources for Simandou (inclusive of Ore Reserves) total  4.7 billion tonnes grading 65.5% iron.

The project is composed of:

  1. The Winning Consortium Simandou (WCS) project to the North, with 1.8Bt reserves grading @ 65.5% iron (WCS Project Description, WCS website)
  2. The Rio Tinto Simfer Simandou Project to the South, 2.9Bt resources including reserves grading 65.6% iron (Rio Tinto – Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve Estimates for Simandou dated 6 December 2023)
